The Lizard Amateur Dramatic Society was founded by Tamara Stidwell in November of 2021.

We are a diverse and exciting new drama group. Our aim is to produce unique plays which bring our community together, celebrating all aspects of life as we know it from the old to the new, devising original plays from scratch.

Our Management Team (2024):

Chairman: Chris Ager
Vice Chairman: Jimmy Johns
Treasurer: Vicky Parker
Secretary: Esther Johns
Creative Director: Tamara Stidwell

Community is at the heart of what we do. In 2022, we were awarded £10,000 from the National Lottery Community fund to support our local area through the Arts. We invested in items that can be used and shared amongst the whole community:

  • A projector
  • A state of the art screen
  • Storage for the local Reading Room
  • Materials for future film and animation projects

Our Productions
